Lavender Earl Grey Cupcakes

For 12 Cupcakes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup (~34g) Lavender Earl Grey tea leaves
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tsp canola oil

1. Make 1 cup of concentrated Lavender Earl Grey Milk Tea

  • Pour milk and Lavender Earl Grey tea leaves into a pot
  • Cook on medium heat for 15 minutes
  • Strain the leaves and measure out 1 cup of Milk Tea

2. Add the cup of milk tea with the rest of the ingredients one by one, mixing each one to incorporate everything fully

3. Mix ingredients untilĀ batter is consistent and pour into cupcake liners about 2/3 full

4. Bake at 350Ā°F for 15-20 minutes, use a toothpick to test when they are done

5. Garnish your cupcakes however you like
