Preparation: Sift hojicha into bowl, add 165°F water, whisk thoroughly
Usucha for Daily Use: 2g hojicha, 6 fl oz water
Hojicha Latte: 3g hojicha, 2 fl oz water, pour over 5 fl oz choice of milk, 1/2 fl oz sweetener
