Duck Sh*t Oolong

Duck Sh*t Oolong is a famous variety of Dan Cong Oolong. It is grown in the highlands of the Phoenix Mountains, in environments perpetually covered with fog and rain. The soil on the mountain are unique and rich in mineral, which directly cultivates the taste and aroma of the tea. Duck Sh*t oolong is known for its honey-like sweetness and floral fragrance.  

History: Originally, the soil in which this tea was grown had a unique dark color. The local farmers told outsiders that the color was due to all the "duck sh*t" in the soil, to keep prying interest away. Unfortunately for them, it did not take long for news to spread about a honey sweet Dan Cong grown in such bizarre conditions. 

Aroma: Earthy and fruity 

Flavor: Smooth buttery with lingering notes of sweetness

Origin: Guangdong, China

Brewing: 195°F for 1 minute. Recommended 3g of tea for 6 fl oz water.
