Typically given the nickname "the mocha of tea," this creamy tea is a prime example of a traditional Chinese black tea. Mild in intensity but also has a good amount of caffeine along with a smooth flavor, this is meant to be a tea for the masses. This also gives it the properties to be a good candidate for aging as the flavor will continue to develop.
History: Yunnan was selected by the Chinese government in the 1940s to be the location where tea was mass produced for export. All the right conditions to make great harvests of tea were present, so the location proved to be the right pick.

Brewing: 210°F for 2 minutes. Recommended 3g of tea for 6 fl oz water.
