Our Preferred Matcha Latte Recipe
- 3 grams of matcha
- 5 oz of milk (your choice)
- 2 oz of water (165°F)
- ½ oz of simple syrup (1:1 ratio sugar water)
- Ice
Equipment
- Matcha whisk
- Matcha Bowl
- Strainer
Directions
1. Measure out 3 grams of matcha, and using a strainer, sift it into a bowl.
* you can adjust the strength of matcha +/- 1 gram*
2. Measure 2 oz of 165°F water, and gradually add it to your bowl while you whisk the matcha.
3. In your favorite mug, add ½ oz of simple syrup and your preferred amount of ice.
* you can adjust sweetness +/- simple syrup*
4. Pick your choice of milk and measure out 5 oz to add to your cup.
5. Finally, add your matcha to your mug and mix to enjoy!
